January 1, AG Bondi Cuts Ties with ‘Activist’ ABA Over Alleged Bias in Vetting Judges

Hey there, folks! Let me tell you what’s going on with the Justice Department and the American Bar Association, or ABA for short. You see, our Attorney General, Pam Bondi, has noticed something fishy. The ABA has been leaning too far to the left. So, they’ve decided the ABA won’t get special access to certain important info anymore.

The ABA has this system where they rate judges as “Well Qualified,” “Qualified,” or “Not Qualified.” But they’ve been up to some shenanigans. They’ve taken positions on a bunch of issues that concern us, like abortion, the death penalty, same-sex marriage, affirmative action, and our Second Amendment rights. It seems they’ve been pushing their own agenda rather than being fair and square.

Did you know that back in the day, some of the folks on the ABA’s committee gave money to Obama and Hillary but not to any Republicans? They even gave a “Not Qualified” rating to some legendary conservative judges. That just ain’t right!

Pam Bondi pointed out in a letter that the ABA used to get special treatment and got to see nominations before us regular folks did. But enough is enough! The Justice Department is saying that the ABA has lost its fair game, and they won’t get any of the special privileges they used to.

So, don’t worry! Our Justice Department is making sure things are done the right way, with no special favors for the ABA. It’s time they play fair like everyone else. Let’s keep standing up for what’s right!

Wyatt Matters!

The Justice Department has decided to take a stand against the American Bar Association’s (ABA) approach, as it’s been tilting too much to one side. The ABA’s job is to rate judges on their qualifications, but they’ve been dabbling in issues like abortion and gun rights. These are important topics that affect everyone, so it’s crucial they stay neutral and fair. By taking sides, the ABA hasn’t been as fair as they should be, which impacts how people see and trust their ratings.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has noticed that some committee members of the ABA have shown a bias. In the past, some have supported political candidates from one party but ignored the other. This isn’t fair, especially when they label respected conservative judges as “Not Qualified.” Everyone deserves a fair chance to be evaluated without favoritism, and giving advantages to one group over another undermines this principle. The Justice Department’s role is to ensure fairness, so it’s important that they hold the ABA accountable.

Now, the Justice Department is taking away the special privileges the ABA had. This is done to ensure that everyone is on a level playing field and that no organization gets to have undue influence. The goal is to make sure that all decisions are made without any bias so everyone can trust the system. It’s about doing what’s right and making sure fairness prevails. Let’s support efforts to keep everything honest and just for all involved!

In general the Bar Associations are a joke. They support “members of the bar” to the extent of protecting criminal activity.
They greatly restrict who can file a complaint, even if they are directly impacted by the “lawyer” involved.

As leftists, they generally support actions that would be considered illegal by most – such as perjury and lawyers committing perjury.
My former son-in-law was one of those protected and we personally saw him damage SO many.

      Amen!
The love affair of Congress SCOTUS and Trump is very dangerous..the AG should be removed if she can’t accept criticism…she already has hurt our nation and supports misuse of the Constitution…90% of DC care little to nothing of the real needs of the sick planet nor the environmental illness we are under now.
Money! Power! GREED! that is it …

Finally an AG who’s not a member of the swamp. Maybe now the ABA will realize there are consequences for playing dirty pool. We need fair administration of our laws, not the misuse of our current system of laws that was instilled by the previous administration.
