January 1, Star Witness Against Trump CRUMBLES in Court, Yet Judge REFUSES to Toss Case

Published

on

Disgraced former attorney Michael Cohen, who has a history of lying and criminal convictions, is the star witness in a case brought by Attorney General Letitia James in New York.

The case alleges that Donald Trump overvalued his properties to secure loans, even though there were no victims or crimes involved. Cohen was supposed to have incriminating evidence against Trump, but his testimony fell apart on the stand, causing James’ entire case to crumble.

Despite this, the judge refuses to dismiss the fraudulent case.

Cohen, likened to the self-important and disloyal Mike Pence, claimed to have evidence against Trump. He testified that he altered financial statements with Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg under Trump’s orders.

However, when Trump’s attorney Alina Habba cross-examined Cohen, the case fell apart.

Habba exposed Cohen’s lies, reminding the court that Cohen had previously lied to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence about Trump. Cohen’s lies were so extensive that the judge asked him 50 questions before allowing him to plead guilty.

Realizing the damage he had done to James’ case, Cohen attempted to backtrack on his testimony.

He claimed that while he may have lied to the federal court multiple times, he was telling the truth when he inflated Trump’s property values before the Intel Committee.

In a dramatic turn of events, Cohen changed his story again when asked if Trump had directed him to inflate the numbers on financial statements. Cohen initially refused to answer, but then admitted that Trump had never given such instructions, contradicting his previous testimony.

This revelation essentially destroyed James’ case, as Cohen was the star witness.

Trump’s defense attorneys requested an immediate dismissal of the case, given Cohen’s admission that he never inflated Trump’s property values. However, the judge, who has a clear bias against Trump, denied the request.

The prosecutors and Trump’s attorneys then debated the significance of Cohen’s past guilty plea, in which he lied about lying, compared to his new admission of lying.

The judge became irate and accused both sides of trying to “micromanage” the case, despite the clear evidence that Cohen’s testimony could not be trusted.

The judge went on a bizarre tirade, claiming that the case had evidence scattered everywhere, including a 200-page complaint. He dismissed the importance of Cohen as a witness, despite the fact that he was the star witness against Trump.

It seems that the judge is relying on questionable evidence, much like Adam Schiff did during the Russia hoax.

Why It Matters

The collapse of Michael Cohen’s testimony in the case against Donald Trump raises significant concerns about the credibility of the entire prosecution. Despite Cohen’s history of lying and criminal convictions, Attorney General Letitia James relied heavily on his testimony as the star witness. However, under cross-examination, Cohen’s lies were exposed, and he contradicted himself multiple times.

It is deeply troubling that the judge refuses to dismiss this fraudulent case despite the crumbling of James’ evidence. This suggests a clear bias against Trump and a disregard for the truth. Cohen’s admission that he never inflated Trump’s property values should have led to an immediate dismissal, but the judge denied this request.

The judge’s dismissive attitude towards Cohen’s credibility and the bizarre tirade about scattered evidence raises doubts about the fairness of the proceedings. It echoes the tactics used by Adam Schiff during the Russia hoax, where questionable evidence was relied upon to push a false narrative.

This case matters because it highlights the desperate attempts by Trump’s opponents to undermine him, even at the expense of justice and truth. It is a clear example of the biased and unfair treatment that conservatives face in our legal system.

It’s a witch hunt as President Trump has stated many times. It’s time for “We the People” to place restrictions on this political criminals. They need to be stripped of the power to set the rules for their salaries, benefits for starters. Then term limits and criminal protection for wrong doing. As far as the judge in this case and the prosecutor they should be disbarred.

One term for all elected offices. no office that is elected by the people shall have more than one term only. All elected offices should be paid salary by that district in which they are elected from, no retirement or medical after finishing office of any kind except SSN Medicare when they are old enough to receive it. All pay or salary should be the average mean income in the district from which they are elected. They may receive up to 10% more if they are doing an excellent job and listening to their constituents.
The US Senate is for six years. We need to add one more senator per state and re-elect a new senator every two years. Each senator shall be paid from the district in which they are elected. Their salary should be the average salary in their district and Few percentage points more, no medical after they finish their term during their term. They get the equivalent of SSN Medicare only, IF THAN WANT TO BUY IT OK nonetheless, they buy it
the House of representative they now serve a two-year term and some states have more than 30 representative this needs to be these needs to be changed a. state should have only 3 6 or 9 representatives only, here again a new ELECTED representative will be elected every two years so the officer the representative would now be six years and no more. Here again their salary will be like the senators above
Local elective offices such as City Councilman, mayor, county representative, County Executive an other. These offices will follow the same lines in their terms and salaries as stated above.

I, definitely, feel that the judge should, definitely, dismiss the case against “PRESIDENT” Trump & set him FREE. Leave him alone. Trump’ lawyers should ask, & receive a jury trial. Then, Trump the judge would have to set Trump free because the jury would decide that he is INNOCENT, as he is. This entire case against Trump is rediculous. Also, get RID of that ‘BIAS’ judge.

There is only one type of appraisal that is regulated, which is a so-called “MAI Appraisal” and there does not appear to be one involved in the Trump case. Other than those, real estate appraisals are not regulated (which is why the “valuation” functions of on-line real estate services can be very different from each other for any given property) – so, as for the on-line real estate appraisal services, it is within the bounds of the law for a developer to offer whatever “appraisal” to a lender that he or she sees fit (unless an “MAI Appraisal” is involved, which has certain requirements). The onus is on the lender to validate the worth of proposed mortgage collateral before they make the loan, and Deutsche Bank (Europe’s largest real estate lender) has been in the business of real estate lending for hundreds of years, and they fully understand the lender’s responsibilities. It appears they wanted a celebrity borrower in Trump, and they got one. Slightly quirky, and a well known puffer fish, but he wore all that on his sleeve. And when they make a commercial loan, they are represented by the most expensive real estate attorneys money can buy. There was no fraud in the zone of appraisal. Regarding the measurement, or as alleged the mis-measurement of square footage of real estate – that is an industry function in real estate that is universally known to be un-regulated. Every real estate lawyer knows that, every commercial tenant in New York City knows that, every apartment buyer or renter, and the New York Times knows that and has even written about the issue. The measurement of square footage is un-regulated across America, and especially in New York City. So if Trump’s alleged fraud in real estate is neither in the area of appraisal, nor in the measurement of square footage – what’s left ? Nothing else of substance has been presented, except the prosecutor’s well-known personal dislike of Trump. It is in fact a false prosecution, and it should cost the prosecutor her law license – because she knows it’s false and pursued the prosecution regardless. Matt Lechner – formerly Adj. Associate Professor of Financial Management and Real Estate – New York University; rec’d awards for “Teaching Excellence” and “Service to the University” in NYU’s M.S. in Real Estate program; edited three real estate textbooks; engaged to review major textbook in financial risk management; has written certification test questions for multiple financial certification exams.

The Scales of Justice are truly out of Balance in this case. When your top witness screws up the whole case should be dismissed. They have no evidence of any “Wrong Doing” except for the Bitterness/Prejudice that is held by the Judge/Prosecutors. Case should be dismissed!! What a waste of time/dollars.

Maybe more effort should be put in to checking out all the problems of the Biden whitehouse. President Trump has already been found guilty before he even went to court. The so called “transparent” Biden staff has fought tooth and nail to destroy him and his family. They have him guilty because they know he is the only person who knows how underhanded the democrat party really is. Of course, no matter how much PROVEN information we have on Joey and his boys, there is no evidence to support how crooked and unethical they are according to the crooked and bought off White House officials. If the demonrats are innocent then there should be no problem with them coming foreword and getting to the bottom of this mess. Sounds like they might be a little worried about FINALLY be exposed for who they are. I will definitely be voting for our REAL President Trump. He will truly make America great again. The idiots who vote for a dictator government will someday get a clue and finally realize the huge mistakes they made 3years ago.

All the legal issues President Trump is facing are false. The judge (fool) conducting this illegitimate trial must be dismissed from the case immediately. To represent himself as a judge or even an attorney is a bald faced lie! Given his criminal conduct in this sham of a trial SHOULD BAR HIM FROM THE BENCH AND HE SHOULD NEVER BE UNABLE TO PRACTICE LAW ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES!

The numerous civil and criminal charges against Donald J. Trump will make history in American legal, scholastic and political circles as classic examples of malicious persecution driven by politics. For purely political motives, the safeguards enshrined in the U.S. Constitution have been ignored and trampled in order to prevent one individual American from running for office and then running for re-election. At no time in America’s history has one political party and an entrenched bureaucracy violated a wide range of Constitutional safeguards to deny the American people the Right to freely choose their elected leader(s). These charges against Trump are classic ‘election interference’ tactics that have been used to prevent him from becoming President (2016) and are now being used to prevent him from running for re-election (2024). This is reminiscent of Third-World dictatorships, not a Constitutional Republic. Shame on you, Democrats, Deep State, RINOS and the media.
