January 1, Band Axed After Disrespectful Comment on Trump Ignites Global Condemnation

In an egregious display of poor judgement and blatant disregard for human life, Kyle Gass of rock band Tenacious D received severe backlash after making a malicious comment about former President Donald Trump during a concert in Australia. His bandmate Jack Black was left blindsided, and was quick to distance himself from Gass’s disturbing remarks.

Emotions ran high, leading to an abrupt cancellation of their tour and a suspension of all future creative endeavors. Black took to Instagram expressing regret, reiterating the universal principle of respect for life: “I would never condone hate speech or encourage political violence in any form.”

Gass, feeling the weight of his ill-advised words, also issued an apology on Instagram. His blatant call for violence and disrespect for the former President struck a nerve globally. “I don’t condone violence of any kind, in any form, against anyone,” he said, acknowledging his severe lack of judgement.

Further compounding the severity of the incident, Variety reported that the Greene Talent agency severed their ties to Gass.

The incident unfolded during Gass’s birthday celebration on stage; after Black’s birthday wishes, Gass shocked attendees with a disgraceful wish: “Don’t miss Trump next time.” Black’s controversial response of “Thank you!” added fuel to the fire, sparking outrage among conservatives and respect for the office of the presidency.

While some of the audience responded in laughter, online critics quickly voiced their disgust:

* “That’s disgusting @jackblack you support assassination attempts?” one user demanded.
* “They say Trump is bad, but these are the real evil people,” another user commented.

Even an Australian senator called for the deportation of the band, demonstrating the global impact of the band’s reckless disregard for political civility and respect for life.

The band was still scheduled for more concerts in Australia and was supposed to proceed to New Zealand as well. They had further plans to support the Rock the Vote campaign during their October U.S. tour—an interesting choice, considering the band’s newfound reputation for promoting violence against political figures.

Black is known for being a fervent supporter of the Democratic Party, endorsing President Biden just last month. This dark incident serves as a stark reminder of the importance of political discourse and respect, regardless of political affiliation.

What conclusion is drawn from these acts ? That Donald Trump is a monster and needs to be eliminated or that Democrats / liberals are the evil ones spreading hate propaganda with their ideological agenda? It’s quite apparent the latter is the case!

It is amazing that when (almost always far left cooks) are chastised and rebuked for their heinous violent outbursts they find ‘the truth within’ and suddenly to a man/woman will utter the same trite garbage: “I don’t condone violence in any form against anyone.” After, of course, just having proclaimed that they did.

Hypocrisy reigns supreme it’s just fine when trump advocates violence and encourages others to go that way but let the other side express the freedoms of speech and everyone is horrified
    Better practice what you preach

Let me get this right. Is is acceptable for former President Trump to be rude, disrespectful, name calling and being a criminal but Gass get’s backlash for exhibiting the same behavior in terms of voicing his comments?
Boy, if this is acceptable by a former President as he continues to display this behavior then our Country is in real trouble as he is a displaying what a poor example of a leader he is.

Wishing death on someone is quite different than political banter and name calling. What some lack in historical political knowledge is reflected in your comment. It is obvious you never witnessed the liberal left name calling Gerald Ford ,Reagan , both Bushes , Nixon and even Dwight Eisenhower. What you see in Trump is his “out democrat ting thr democrats.” That is a historical first … democrats being pre-empted. So yes that is damn good and maybe democrats will lighten up. But don’t bet on it for they are street fighters and have met their match.Get some popcorn; enjoy the show.

Entertainment should steer clear of politics unless it’s for humor. If I were an entertainer, I wouldn’t let anyone know which side I’m on.
