January 1, Lifelong Feminist Warns Fellow Democrats To Stop Pushing ‘Gender Identity Agenda’
Kara Dansky, president of the Women’s Human Rights Campaign’s U.S. chapter, issued a stark warning to fellow members of the Democratic Party over the “obliteration” of biological sex.
“My party has been pushing this gender identity agenda in law and throughout the society, and it’s terrible for women and girls,” Dansky said. “The obliteration of the material reality of biological sex should scare everyone.”
Dansky spoke on the issue during an interview with Fox News amid the release of her book The Abolition of Sex: How the ‘Transgender’ Agenda Harms Women and Girls.
“Every single person is either female or male, there’s nothing wrong with saying that,” she said. “The movement to promote the idea that men can be women is fundamentally anti-feminist, it is anti-woman, and it is very politically regressive.”
Dansky says that if Democrats continue to make it a sticking point, they will lose votes.
“I know at least two women who voted for Donald Trump last year because of this issue,” she said. “If our party leadership doesn’t start listening to us, they’re really going to lose votes.”
