January 1, Trump’s Pipe Bomb Suspect Faces Life Prison Amid Pardon Claims

The Trump administration is proving that law and order applies to everyone, regardless of political affiliation.
While many protesters received pardons, those accused of planting explosives are finding out that actual violence carries heavy consequences.
Federal prosecutors just hammered a Jan. 5 pipe bomb suspect with new charges of armed terrorism and using weapons of mass destruction.
Brian Cole, Jr. was already facing counts for transporting explosives, but these new charges could keep him behind bars for the rest of his life.
Investigators say Cole planted the devices near both the Democrat and Republican headquarters before the Capitol riot.
Court documents show he allegedly told agents that “something just snapped” and he wanted to attack both political parties.
“For no logical reason at all, the government has gone from identifying the alleged device as an explosive to now referring to that same device as a ‘weapon of mass destruction,’ knowing experts have said this device would not have detonated.”
The defense team argues the charges are too harsh and claims Cole should be covered by recent presidential pardons.
However, the Trump administration is making it clear that planting bombs is a line no one is allowed to cross.
“The government now wants Brian Cole Jr. (a Black man) to go down in history as the only alleged, accused January 6-related individual to serve not only a jail sentence, but to serve the rest of his life in prison.”
Trump’s team successfully used existing evidence to end this five-year manhunt with much higher efficiency than the previous administration.
Cole will remain in jail until his trial begins.

True justice means holding violent actors accountable while protecting the peaceful rights of hardworking citizens.

Pelosi and her corrupt party is made up of nothing but criminals who because they are high in the hierarchy, they seem to be exempt from accountability. They have lied, cheated and lied again and managed to fool the American public about their criminal activities. We ought to call an investigation on all of the main democrat leaders and I bet nearly all of them have something to hide. And for sure the big names belong behind bars. From the past presidents on down to their least congressman.
Their biggest ally is the news media that have covered for their crimes. They also have censored convicting accusations that can most likely be proven in court away from a blue state with a biased judge. Democrats seem to feel above the law. It is time we get America back to obeying the law as the constitution is written so we can clean up the swamp in leftist politics. Send some reporters to Leavenworth as well.
America will be blessed by God again if we bring back law and order in our society, and among our legislative body.
