Pop singer Chappell Roan finds herself in hot water after an incident involving an 11-year-old fan in Brazil.

Professional soccer player Jorginho Frello claims the singer’s security aggressively scolded his young daughter just for looking at Roan during breakfast.

Roan denied the encounter on social media, claiming she never even saw the mother and child while at the hotel.

She insisted she did not instruct her security to approach the family or scold them for being in the area.

“I did not even see. I didn’t even see a woman and a child. No one came up to me. No one bothered me,”

the singer claimed.

“I am sorry to the mother and child that someone was assuming something, that you would do something and that if you felt uncomfortable, that makes me really sad.”

The girl’s father, Jorginho, painted a disturbing picture of the morning interaction at the Sao Paulo hotel.

He noted that the security guard threatened to file a complaint against the family while the child sat crying.

“At the end of the day, they are the ones who build all of this,”

Jorginho wrote regarding the importance of supporters.

“No one should have to go through this, especially not a child.”
