January 1, Most House Dems Vote Against Bill Requiring Voters to Prove Citizenship — Again

Hey there, folks!

Big news from Washington! Most of the Democrats in the House voted AGAINST a super important bill called the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act. This bill wants to make sure folks show proof they’re U.S. citizens before they get to register to vote in our important federal elections.

But guess what? 214 brave Republicans, plus four Democrats, stood strong and voted to pass this bill. That’s enough to push it through in the House, for the second time in two years! Way to go!

Now, House Majority Whip Tom Emmer from Minnesota said something crucial. He said the Democrats who voted against this are trying to mess with election fairness and the voices of Americans. He even said they seem to care more about helping illegal aliens vote than actual American citizens. Can you believe that?

This bill, brought forward by Rep. Chip Roy from Texas, is all about updating the National Voter Registration Act of 1993. It’s about making sure our voting is fair and only for citizens!

Even though some places like California, Maryland, Vermont, and Washington, D.C., let non-citizens vote in smaller, local elections, this bill is about keeping non-citizens out of the federal voter rolls where it’s not allowed.

Last year, House Speaker Mike Johnson from Louisiana showed everyone how some states don’t even ask for proof of citizenship when folks sign up to vote in federal elections. And there’s evidence some non-citizens have been sneaking into the voter rolls and even voting when they shouldn’t!

Some critics, like Rep. Jasmine Crockett from Texas, are saying this bill isn’t needed and just makes it harder for regular folks to vote, especially women who might change their last name after getting married. But Rep. Roy slammed those claims on Fox News. He said those are just lies from the radical Left, trying to scare people off. This bill is simply about stopping illegals from voting, plain and simple!

Four Democrats had the courage to support the bill, including Reps. Henry Cuellar from Texas, Marie Gluesenkamp Perez from Washington, Jared Golden from Maine, and Ed Case from Hawaii. Thank you for crossing the aisle and doing what’s right!

This SAVE Act is part of a bigger push to fix voter registration rules. Remember when President Donald Trump signed an order to take away federal money from states that don’t ask for proof of citizenship? It’s all part of making sure elections are only for U.S. citizens.

Stay tuned, folks, because this kind of stuff really matters!

Wyatt Matters!

The recent vote on the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act is a step towards making sure our elections are fair. This bill requires people to prove they are U.S. citizens before they can register to vote in federal elections. It’s important because voting is a right that belongs to citizens, and we need to protect that. Some Democrats opposed this bill, but strong Republican support, along with four Democrats, helped it pass in the House. This shows how important it is to have clear rules about who gets to vote in our elections.

It’s concerning to hear that in some places, like California and Washington D.C., non-citizens are allowed to vote in local elections. The SAVE Act aims to update the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to prevent non-citizens from voting in federal elections where it’s not allowed. It’s about fairness and making sure that when people go to the polls, they are citizens who have the right to decide on federal matters. Ensuring that only eligible voters are on the voter rolls is crucial for maintaining trust in our election system.

Some argue that this bill could make voting harder for regular folks, but it’s important to focus on the goal of protecting our elections from any possible fraud. The bill isn’t about stopping people from exercising their rights, but rather about making sure those rights aren’t misused. Crossing party lines, as some Democrats did, shows courage and a commitment to electoral integrity. It reminds us that some issues, like the security and fairness of our elections, should be above politics.

Why do Democrats think that black people are too ignorant to vote or even prove that they are citizens of the United States. Anytime Voter ID verification legislation comes up, they immediately protest that it would keep blacks from voting. Do they really think that blacks are lower intelligence people?

Of course Democrats would vote against a bill requiring proof of citizenship, age, or any other reason if they could receive more votes? HELL, Democrats allow people upwards to 300 years old to receive Social Security benifits, babies receiving benefits, those who haven’t worked a day in their entire lives receive benefits, those that are non-citizens receiving benifits and recently someone receiving benifits that hasn’t been born yet, that arrival is in the year 2154, but benits are being paid already??? What the hell!!!!!! Not to mention, YOU WANT THE TAX PAYERS held accountable for this shit? America needs leadership, America requires some honesty. How do you expect the people YOU are supposed to be working for be honest when so much corruption is prevelant within our government?

Common sense, honesty, virtue, facts, are all to be ignored by crockett/democrats. They brazenly support conditions for voter fraud. They are shameless in their spouting of what everyone knows are lies. But they don’t care. They are not getting enough feedback to their face that everyoneknows that what they are saying is pure BS. The real problem is that the democrats don’t care that their peers are lying. Ethics, honor, virtue, is not one of their characteristics.
