January 1, Biden-Packed Court Denies Trump Immunity, Threatens 2024 Election
A federal appeals court, packed with Biden-appointed judges, has denied Trump immunity in political hitman Jack Smith’s J6 Case against him – all after the leftist media confessed that the courts are the only way the Democrats can defeat Trump in 2024. The court consists of three judges, with two of them having been appointed by Joe Biden himself.
“We have balanced former President Trump’s asserted interests in executive immunity against the vital public interests that favor allowing this prosecution to proceed,” the judges wrote. “We conclude that ‘concerns of public policy, especially as illuminated by our history and the structure of our government’ compel the rejection of his claim of immunity in this case,” they added.
As Trump’s attorneys pointed out, “In 234 years of American history, no president ever faced criminal prosecution for his official acts.” However, the entirely corrupt court system is attempting to make Donald Trump the first, knowing full well it’s the only way they stand a chance of beating him. The Trump-hating Washington Post even openly admitted that the Democrats need the courts to beat Trump in a recent piece complaining that the appeals court wasn’t ruling against Trump quickly enough.
Titled “Slowpoke federal appeals court puts 2024 election in jeopardy,” the WAPO article accuses Trump of plotting to overturn the results of the 2020 election. “Your honors, the clock is ticking more loudly every day,” the author writes, alluding to the fact that their time to rig the 2024 election by throwing Trump in jail is running out. “They are entitled to know before casting their ballots whether they are choosing a felon, especially one guilty of election interference,” the leftist writer adds.
But the only felon in the 2024 election is the man that WAPO loves to defend – treasonous Joe Biden. Before the court’s ruling, the outlet confessed that they needed the corrupt judges to side with the Democrats, and so they did. The Trump campaign has responded to the ruling by denouncing it as a “threat to the bedrock of our republic.”
His campaign rightfully pointed out that if the final decision results in him not being granted immunity, then “every future President who leaves office will be immediately indicted by the opposing party.” “Without complete immunity, a President of the United States would not be able to properly function!”
However, the fact remains that the Democrats have no desire or intention to preserve the republic. They’re more interested in preserving their grasp on power, and if that means they have to destroy the America we know – so be it, as long as they get their way. Trump faces four concurrent criminal prosecutions as leftists desperately scheme to keep him out of office, and it’s looking like the Supreme Court – which has made some questionable rulings lately – will hold his fate in their hands.

The Washington Post’s article further confirms this, revealing their reliance on biased judges to rig the election. The Trump campaign’s response highlights the danger this poses to our republic – future presidents will be subjected to baseless indictments by their opponents.
This case isn’t about justice; it’s about the Democrats’ ruthless pursuit of power at the expense of our nation’s foundation.

It’s completely obvious to most Americans that in light of the recent determination of Biden having documents for fourty years and actually before becoming president stealing said documents and the special council stating that they wouldn’t prosecute as it would not be in the interest of the people. It is blatantly obvious that democrats are wielding a complete political set up of an opponent
In the case of trump he was entitled to have the documents and could declassify anything he wanted they were in a secure place and he complied with putting extra security on store room
I couldn’t see any security on Bidens garage and strangely enough they didn’t lay all the classified documents over the floor to make it look incriminating so yes I believe this is a political witchhunt to beat Trump in any manner whether legal or made up

My question is what is the end result, in just three years the DemoRATS have totally destroyed the fabric of our country, they have sold out the people that have put them in office and are paying their salaries. George Soros has bought almost every politician, Judge and prosecutor in order to destroy our country, we need a revolution to straighten out this mess, we are being invaded from the southern and the northern borders of our own country and the government won’t lift a finger to stop it, it sounds like treason to me, treason is punishable by death, what is in it for these corrupt politicians?, do they think that China is going to reward them and let them ride off into the sunset and live happily ever after, I doubt it.

This is an obvious Hail Mary to keep Trump off the ballot, our Country has been severely compromised by the Democratic Party backing an obviously impaired Candidate. The American people deserve the right to make their own decisions on who they want to vote for. If the Democrats continue down this path, conflict across our nation is inevitable, the American people are fed up and have been shown what’s at stake.
