President Biden’s recent conduct during a trip to Europe has raised alarm and generated much controversy on social media.

The President’s strange behavior included an unsettling moment where he appeared to nibble on the shoulder of a young girl, and a series of speaking gaffes that confounded Russia and Ukraine, and their leaders.

The incident with the child happened during Biden’s departure from Helsinki.

As the President greeted embassy staff members and their families before boarding Air Force One, a video shows Biden leaning into a visibly frightened little girl, placing his mouth on her shoulder in a light nibbling action.

Biden’s act was met with widespread condemnation on social media.

Conservative operative Caleb Hull dubbed the incident as “Biden’s creepiest moment yet with a child,” lamenting that “all Biden has to do is not do this and he can’t.”

Greg Price, a Republican operative, humorously compared Biden’s conduct to “confusing babies with ice cream cones.”

Donald Trump Jr. reacted to the footage with concern, tweeting, “Biden should be in a nursing home, not leading the free world.”

In a video about the incident, Young followed up with a stern stern warning, advising, “Keep your kids away from Joe Biden. Gross.”

The peculiar behavior didn’t end with the child incident.

During his five-day trip to Europe, President Biden was noticed making several speaking gaffes, including confusing the names and nations of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

While speaking at the NATO summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, Biden referred to President Zelensky as “Vladmir.”

Despite catching himself by stating he “shouldn’t be so familiar” and then referring to Zelensky as “Mr. Zelensky,” the damage was done. He later further confused the two nations, referring to Ukraine as Russia, before correcting himself.
