January 1, WATCH: Rudy Giuliani Slapped By Angry Supermarket Employee
A supermarket employee slapped former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R), police confirmed.
The New York Police Department said that a 39-year-old ShopRite employee slapped Giuliani in the “mid-back” while campaigning for his son Andrew Giuliani.
“All of a sudden, I feel this, ‘Bam!’ on my back,” Giuliani told the New York Post. “I don’t know if they helped me not fall down, but I just about fell down, but I didn’t.”
“All of a sudden, I hear this guy say, ‘You’re a f—king scumbag,’ then he moves away so nobody can grab him,” he added.
Giuliani said the worker expressed anger at him over abortion rights.
“‘You guys think you’re saving babies, but you’re gonna kill women,’” Giuliani said, quoting the employee.
Giuliani, a former lawyer for former President Donald Trump, told the New York Times that politically-motivated violence must stop.
“This has to stop. This is getting ridiculous,” Giuliani said. “I’ve been in politics 50 years, I’ve never been attacked like this.”
Daniel Gill, 39, was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree menacing, and second-degree harassment.

This country is getting out of hand. Like Giuliani or not does’t matter at all. Giuliani had nothing to do with the Supreme Court decision and even that doesn’t matter. Some punk 39 year old smacks and elderly person is not okay. They should have locked him up on the spot, sent him to jail and watch him get his butt kicked when he tries to pick on an inmate in prison.

I wonder if it’s because he found out he can’t get pregnant?

If Guiliani was “slapped on the back” that is hardly an assault. And his reaction? “I don’t know if he kept me from falling. I didn’t fall.” Huh?
