January 1, Marjorie Taylor Greene Hires Controversial New Intern
Former Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos announced that he’s now an intern for Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).
“I’ve finally been persuaded out of retirement. But my skills are a bit rusty, so the best role I could land was an unpaid internship with a friend,” Yiannopoulos wrote on Telegram alongside a photo of his official intern congressional badge. “Pray for me!”
Yiannopoulos, a right-wing provocateur, is no stranger to controversy. According to The Hill, he was disinvited from the Conservative Political Action Conference in 2017 after a video resurfaced in which Yiannopoulos appeared to defend pedophilia.
The 37-year-old was banned from Twitter in 2016 and from Facebook in 2019. Australia also banned Yiannopoulos in 2019, following comments about a mass shooting in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Last year, Yiannopoulos declared himself “ex-gay” and “sodomy free.”
In a statement to The Daily Beast, Greene confirmed that Yiannopoulos is interning in her office.
“So I have an intern that was raped by a priest as a young teen, was gay, has offended everyone at some point, turned his life back to Jesus and Church, and changed his life,” Greene told the outlet. “Great story!”

Typical Greene, you and the idiots in your party running all over the country side claiming the democrats are all pedophiles, but you hire someone who defends it, so what should everyone start thinking that the REPUBLICAN PARTY is really the party of pedophiles and one of the biggest WACKOS is in charge? It kind of sounds like it. I don’t know what you did before you thought you were a politician (far from one) and the shit that comes out of your mouth I’d guess it was cleaning toilets somewhere, you probably go back doing it.
