January 1, South Dakota Enacts Law Banning Transgender Athletes
South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem (R) enacted a new law banning trans athletes from participating in school sports that align with their gender identity.
Proponents argued that biological differences make it unfair for cisgender women and girls to compete against trans athletes. South Dakota is the tenth state to implement such a measure.
Under the law, students and educational institutions are allowed to sue any organizational entity that causes them to suffer “direct or indirect harm” as a result of violating the ban.
The measure is now in effect for all state-accredited schools.

Good. Its about time we listen to the science on this one. Even the feminists are bitching! Good to see states that do not cave in to the LGBTQI+ crap. Did you know NASCAR donated heavily to Raleigh NC LGBTQ? Yes they did, and they leaked it on their website in a January article – nobody reads NASCAR in January! Soon we will have a pink queer mobile running the tracks of NASCAR!!!
