Former President Donald Trump emphatically criticized House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) plan to visit Taiwan.
Trump rebuked Pelosi in a post on his Truth Social app.
“Why is Nancy Pelosi getting involved with China and Taiwan other than to make trouble and more money, possibly involving insider trading and information, for her cheatin’ husband?” Trump wrote.
“Everything she touches turns to Chaos, Disruption, and ‘Crap’ (her second big Congress ‘flop’ happening now!), and the China mess is the last thing she should be involved in – She will only make it worse. Crazy Nancy just inserts herself and causes great friction and hatred. She is such a mess!!!”
The Chinese government has also condemned Pelosi’s planned visit, saying it would challenge a “red line” and be met with “resolute countermeasures.”
President Joe Biden recently said that the U.S. military thinks Pelosi’s trip to Taiwan is “not a good idea right now.”
But some lawmakers have applauded Pelosi’s plan to visit Taiwan, including Rep. Steve Chabot (R-OH), who chairs the Congressional Taiwan Caucus.
“I hope she stands up to the pressure that she’s going to get, and is already getting, from President Biden and the administration. I think it’s important that we show solidarity with our ally Taiwan,” said Chabot. “So I commend her for making the decision to go. I hope she sticks to her guns.”

The one and only thing Nancy cares about is money. She wants it all. Money means more to her than even her own husband and children. She walked into the abyss long ago. Now she can’t get out. The second thing Nancy wants is control of all of us. Her actions and words display a complete control of America. If you have noticed, everything has to be her way or no way. She wants us all to be miserable. The tide is turning now. She is going to find she has no control at all and will end up at a military prison, for the second time. She was taken there once before. Do not trust her at all.
